Location was perfect, clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast and value for one night

The staff were excellent and fabulously friendly and check-in was friendly. The beds were nice, the room was large with furniture stacked inside.

Only stayed 1 of the 2 nights I booked but didn't get a refund for the second night.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom showed signs of neglect.

The staff provided friendly service at check-in and the room met my needs. I appreciated the option of free wireless internet access . It was a solid place for a traveler.

The breakfast options were lacking, and the overall appearance of the hotel seemed a bit run down. I found the noise from the heating unit to be distracting during the night.

Price, and only stayed 2 of the 3 nights I booked and they didn't have any problem with me leaving early

I was hunting and the continental breakfast wasn't available until 6:00 am. when i was there earlier in November it started at 5:00. Our room was not cleaned the first night.

The only thing that was good about it was the price.

It smelled of mold. There was water stains on the ceiling, molding coming off, water temperature was tempermental, carpets didn't look like they were vacuumed, and the staff seemed to live there but didn't seem to care about the service. However, you get what you paid for, so it was fine for the price we paid.

the rooms were great-sized with hypo-allergenic pillows. i was offered a great breakfast for waffles. excellent staff, gave a lot of tourist information. location: the hotel was really close to stores and restaurants in craig and co airport and colorado.

The beds provided excellent comfort. The affordability of the rooms was beneficial for our family budget.

The overall cleanliness of the room did not meet our expectations.

We enjoyed the comfy beds and appreciated having our rooms right across from each other. The outdoor BBQ area was a nice touch, and it felt great to relax after a long day. While the breakfast options were pretty basic, it didn't take away from our overall good experience – bring your own snacks just in case! 😊

Dingy but comfortable stay

The air conditioning kept me cool after a long road trip, awesome for a restful night. Plus, the location is surprisingly convenient for nearby attractions.

Unfortunately, the hotel showed signs of wear with dusty carpets and weak water pressure in the shower, making it less than ideal for a full comfort experience.

The room was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked effectively. The Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, enabling me to complete work tasks effortlessly. The breakfast, though basic, included fresh coffee, waffles, and a variety of items that energized me for the day ahead.

The hallways showed signs of wear, and some amenities could use upgrades.
